Speaking at Login

I am interested in speaking at LOGIN. How do I submit a speaking proposal?
The Call for Speakers will open in June. Visit the speaker guidelines page for information on how to submit a speaking proposal and what the topics of interest are.
I don’t want to submit a speaker proposal; I just want to be on a panel. How do I volunteer as a panelist for any available panels?
LOGIN has a very limited number of panel sessions, which are organized by the Advisory Board. Visit the speaker guidelines page  for information about panelist opportunities.

 

I have a great product/service that your attendees would love to learn about! How do I get a speaking slot?
Session proposals submitted during LOGIN’s Call for Speakers should not be product or service pitches, and the Advisory Board reviews proposals that could be perceived as such very critically. LOGIN does not offer sponsored sessions, and we often hear from attendees that they like knowing sessions are not infomercials. If you are interested in learning about ways you can get exposure at LOGIN as a sponsor, visit the sponsorship page. 


Registering for LOGIN

How can I register for LOGIN?
Online registration will open in July and close one week before the conference or when the event completely sells out, whichever occurs first. When you register online you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive notifications about the event through our events updates newsletter, including information on new speakers, travel, and hotel arrangements.

Can I register at the conference?
Due to limited space we cannot guarantee there will be onsite registration. Registering early will ensure your admission and significantly reduce your fees.

When do I receive my admittance badge?
Badges will be distributed onsite in the Registration area and at the welcome reception the evening before the conference. You must obtain your badge to be admitted into the conference/receptions.

How does the press register?
Press attendance will be limited. Criteria include media coverage if you were a past press attendee; if you’re a new applicant, your attendance will be determined by the weight and relevance of your publication to LOGIN 2011 among other factors. I’m registered but can’t attend the conference. Can I get a refund on my registration? What is the cancellation policy?

  • Conference registration fees are refundable up to 30 days before the event minus a cancellation fee of $25 or 15% of the registration fee — whichever is greater.
  • Substitutions may be made at no cost up to 5 days before the first day of the conference, after which there is a $50 administrative fee for substitutions.

Expo and Sponsorship Opportunities

What are the expo & sponsorship opportunities at LOGIN?
Sponsorships are available from $6,000 to $25,000. Custom programs can be created to combine and add value to existing sponsorships. To plan your sponsorship or expo space, please contact Seda Balci at seda@loginconference.com.
